  An early start at career success begins with Your IBM, our new-hire training program. You'll learn how IBM works, how to maximize your contribution to the company, how to successfully navigate within IBM and connect with your colleagues—and have fun in the process!  
 
Your first year learning path chart:
 
     
 
Beginning Phase 0-90 Days
 
     
 
e-learning modules and activities-provide an overview of IBM processes, programs, productivity tools and resources.Prerequisite to Learning Lab.
 
     
 
learning Lab-helps new employees to socialise into the IBM culture by focusing on how to work effectively with their manager, team, cross functional teams and customers. New employees attend within 90 days of joining IBM
 
     
     
 
Connecting Phase Months 3-12
 
     
 
Focus of this phase is on gaining business experience
 
     
 
In addition e-learning modules and activities are provided to deepen the new employee’s knowledge of start thinking about developing their skills and career in IBM
